LCA Presents itself in Brescia.<\/h2>\n

The LCA Logistics Center Austria South presented itself on June 26, 2019, in cooperation with the Brescian lawyer Stefano Ricci and the Italian tax consultant Alessandro Busi and together with the ABA-Invest in Austria, the Klagenfurt law firm Maggi Brandl Kathollnig specialized in Italy and the Italian client-focused tax consulting firm Rossbacher & Partners, in Brescia (Italy), one of the most important and strongest economic centers in Italy in front of a selected audience of about 45 entrepreneurs from the Lombardy region.<\/p>\n

The event was under the patronage of the new Italian honorary consul in Carinthia, Paola Strozzi, also a shareholder and managing director of the tax consulting firm Rossbacher & Partner from Klagenfurt.<\/p>\n

The topics discussed at the event included the business opportunities of Italian entrepreneurs in Austria, especially with regard to the logistics location F\u00fcrnitz | Villach S\u00fcd. In addition, the current project of the Logistics Center, the “Alpe-Adria Food Hub”, was presented by Natascha Zmerzlikar, foreign direct investment of LCA-S\u00fcd and was met with enormous interest – be it from the present entrepreneurs from the food sector or from financial investors, the interest in the necessary infrastructure, such as the construction of warehouses. It also presented the economic benefits of the site, including available estate, building regulations and opportunities, funding and financing, and the LCA’s free investor service.<\/p>\n

ABA-Invest in Austria introduced Olga Zocco to Austria as a business location, focusing in particular on the enormous market opportunities in Austria as a gateway or springboard to new markets.<\/p>\n

The seminar was rounded off by lectures given by Klagenfurt lawyer Enrica Maggi and tax consultant Paola Strozzi, who explained the legal and tax advantages surrounding the business location Austria: from the founding, the appropriate company form, to shareholders and managing directors to the minimum taxation of a limited liability company Research premium, deductible costs and import VAT advantages.<\/p>\n
